Kardham Group appoints Daniela Lotz as head of Kardham Germany

A seasoned leader to drive growth in Germany

A qualified architect from TU Darmstadt, Daniela Lotz brings more than 20 years of experience in complex real estate and construction projects, multidisciplinary team leadership, and operations involving significant technical and financial challenges.

She previously served as Vice President Construction at maincubes Holding & Service GmbH, a company specializing in large-scale data center developments. Earlier in her career, she delivered major projects for Lufthansa Cargo and Deutsche Lufthansa, including logistics facilities, training centers and complex real estate operations, building strong expertise in project delivery, cost management and stakeholder coordination.

With a strong track record in team structuring, a project-driven mindset and deep knowledge of the Frankfurt region, she fully aligns with Kardham’s development ambitions and corporate culture.

Strengthening local presence and expanding opportunities

In her new role, Daniela Lotz will define and implement Kardham Germany’s strategy, oversee operational and financial performance, develop teams and support business growth, further strengthening Kardham Group’s footprint in Germany and contributing to its broader European expansion. She reports to Ursula Raidt, Strategic & International Development Director of Kardham Group.

Kardham Germany currently employs around 25 people across its Frankfurt and Giessen offices and continues to grow through long-standing client relationships and new design & build projects.

This appointment forms part of Kardham Group’s long-term international expansion strategy, with Germany representing a key milestone in its European development.
